Cascais e EstorilPart of your itinerary should include a visit to Estoril with its wide avenues where you can either spend a pleasant evening gambling, or simply dining in one of the most glamorous Casinos in Europe. If you enjoy walking, a stroll along Cascais Bay and Marginal Avenue is highly recommended.
Whether in Sintra, Cascais or Estoril bare in mind that wherever you go, there is always a beach within reach. One beach though is a must: Guincho which is known for its breathtaking beauty. Keep on driving west and stop at Cabo da Roca - the most western part of Europe “where the land ends and the sea begins” in the words of the national poet, Luís de Camões. |
